What Folloh does

Folloh sends estimate follow-up emails, review requests, and weekly reports on your behalf, using templates you approve, and helps you create estimate documents.

Your responsibilities

• Only add customers you actually quoted, who gave you their email in connection with that job.
• Give us a real business mailing address for every email (required by the CAN-SPAM Act).
• Check estimates before approving them, especially ones created from photos. You are responsible for prices and terms you send.
• Don't use Folloh for unsolicited bulk email, or to offer rewards for reviews or to screen out unhappy customers before asking for reviews.

Plans and billing

The pilot is free for 30 days and needs no card. After that, the Founding plan is $79/month for your first 12 months, then $99/month, and the Standard plan is $99/month. Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the paid month. No refunds for partial months unless the law requires one. We'll give 30 days' notice of price changes.

Your data

You own your data and your customers' data. You let us use it only to provide the service; see our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep Folloh running but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or that every email will be delivered.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Folloh isn't liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, after notice where reasonable.
